Coaching Systems

Based on the educational philosophy of high trainee involvement, Coaching The® School Bus Driver 2™ encourages drivers to analyze and discuss safe driving issues throughout-capitalizing and building on their driving experience. While specifically focusing on defensive driving techniques relating to school bus drivers, the course also:

• Covers vehicle inspection and bus stop procedures.
• Emphasizes the importance of good driver/student relations.
• Includes actual collision situations to be analyzed by class attendees.
• Takes seemingly isolated facts from CDL and integrates them into the instruction so drivers will understand the "why" and "how" behind the facts.
